Hi. I'm Jou Baur,
I live in the SF Bay Area and it's great!
Weather is about 50-70 all year round.
We have a fantastic assortment of world-class landmarks, in our area, or within a day-trip.
There's SF itself, with it's wondrous skyline and exotic events of all types, or an amazing variety of scenery from coastal highway 1, to the Sierras, to Yosemite, to Gold-mining towns, to the Redwoods, and so much more.
It's all amazingly beautiful.
I aim to capture a chunk of that beauty and present it to you well enough that you can transport yourself to some faraway land instantly, even though you've only got 60 seconds before the next emergency.
I am usually shooting with my Nikon P-90.
It doesn't take filters.
It doesn't take lenses.
It does have 24X optical zoom and controls.
I usually shoot on 'auto' and try to make my shots as 'straight-out-of-the-camera' as possible.
