Dehydrators:
I have a Nesco 1040 dehydrator.
It's great.
I have 6 regular trays, plus 3 - vegetable liners, and 4 fruit leather tray liners.
I also bought me a "Weston Original Jerky Gun," which pumps out flat jerky or sausage-style jerky, from the ground meat of your choice.
I get a lot of cool use out of these two items!
They're really a lot of fun!
