"Checking out the city"
One of the best of all possible views of SF; it's so close, and yet so far away.
You have to work a bit to get to this spot, you can't just drive up.
The short route in is from Tennessee Valley Road, it's only about a 2-1/2 mile hike.
This is about 1/2 mile uphill from "Hawk Camp", although it is much longer than that to walk between the two.
Hawk Camp has free camping!
That is awesome, especially so close to the city.
Bring your own water, there is none available.
