Bakin' Bacon
This is the best way to make Bacon unless you are only making one slice or two.
However, you might as well make a pound or two all at once and store it for later use.
It's much easier, and cleaner than frying and when you want some you only have to pull out a slice and heat it in the microwave.
Line a cookie sheet with aluminum foil for easy clean-up.
For crisper bacon, put wire racks in it to raise the bacon above the grease.
Place your bacon on the wire rack.
Bake 10 minutes at 400 degrees.
Pat dry with paper towels and store in the fridge for later.
